Refund and Returns Policy

ISHAKOMALL RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY This policy applies to purchases made from Shenzhen Sako Electronics Co., Ltd.(d/b/a ISHAKOMALL) only. Please read below for important details concerning:
  • Non-Refundable Merchandise;
  • Order Cancellations;
  • Returns;
  • Refunds
Please be aware that you may have additional refund rights under applicable local law; nothing in this Policy limits any such rights under local law.  
  1. NON-REFUNDABLE MERCHANDISE
  The following items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty (as determined by us) or is subject to a valid warranty claim (for those products subject to a written warranty), or unless the law otherwise requires:
  • Customized orders/personalized items.
  • Physical products that appear to have been disassembled.
  • Products designated as “non-returnable” on the product description page, or products marked as “as is”, “clearance” or “closed” or “final sale”.
  • Not purchased from ISHAKOMALL.COM.
  SHIPPING METHODS ARE OFFERED   Ishakomall offers two shipping methods for buyers
  1.  Standard shipping: It can reach the majority of countries/area.it will take about 10-35 days.
  2. Fast Shipping:It can reach most of the main countries. It will take about 4-8 days
Note: The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.   WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST ?   A:The price depends on the weight of product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and other considerations.   DOES IT HAVE CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES ?   Duties/taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Ishakomall is not responsible for any duties/taxes invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and duties/taxes rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information. Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, VAT CPF, or Tax ID. Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Europe, United Kingdom, Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.   WHAT IF AN ITEM IS MISSING A MANUAL ?   Contact us with your order number and the product number. Explain whether there was a missing manual, or what aspect of the product's function you need help with.we will send FILES to your email. Note: Currently we only provide English Manuals for all our products.   WHAT IF AN ITEM IS MISSING ACCESSORIES ? First, check the details in the product description again on Ishakomall.com to make sure it is supposed to have what you think it should. If you’re really missing something, please contact us, and here’s how we’ll handle it:
  1. Give us your order number and the product code.
  2. If the missing part is hard to describe, please provide a photo and reference a similar product photo on Ishakomall.com.
  3. If we confirm something is missing, we’ll send it out to you free of charge.
    WHEN WOULD YOU SHIP THE GOODS ?   All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.     WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ?   Ishakomall primarily uses PayPal to process secure online payments. Through PayPal, we accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Boleto, and Bank Transfer (debit card).     CAN I PAY COD(CASH ON DELIVERY) ?   Unfortunately not. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order. ABOUT WARRANTY & RETURN   WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER ?   What to do in 2 steps: Step 1 Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package . Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly. Step 2 Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 , you should contact us. Provide your order number and the product code and all the steps you have tried to remedy this issue. We will review your case to allow a return under warranty. So if the product doesn’t work, we’ll help you send it back to our returns address.     WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN ?   If any product is faulty, you are protected under the Ishakomall Warranty. Assuming the product is still in warranty and was not physically damaged, you can return it to Ishakomall and we will repair it, or give you an equivalent replacement product. All return cases are handled under our RMA policy: please consult customer support and do not send back any products without obtaining an assigned RMA case number from us. Under the trade terms and conditions, customers must pay the cost of shipping to return authorized RMA products back to Ishakomall. In the case of sending back repaired or replacement items, ISHAKO pays the return shipping cost back to you.   HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY (RETURN,EXCHANGE AND REFUND)   If your item has an issue, please first submit a ticket to our Support Center Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
  1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).
  2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging
  4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.
