ISHAKOMALL RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made from Shenzhen SAKO Electronics Co.,Ltd (d/b/a ishakomall) only. Please read below for important details concerning:

  • Non-Refundable Merchandise;
  • Order Cancellations;
  • Returns;
  • Refunds

Please be aware that you may have additional refund rights under applicable local law; nothing in this Policy limits any such rights under local law.

For items purchased from isakomall.com, we offer a seven-day return period guarantee

NON-REFUNDABLE MERCHANDISE

The following items are not eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty (as determined by us) or is subject to a valid warranty claim (for those products subject to a written warranty), or unless the law otherwise requires:

  • Customized orders/personalized items.
  • Physical products that appear to have been disassembled.
  • Products designated as “non-returnable” on the product description page, or products marked as “as is”, “clearance” or “closed” or “final sale”.
  • Not purchased from ishakomall.com.
  • Purchased more than seven days ago.
  • Disassembled and used without any problems with the item.

Order Cancellations

After you initiate a purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. Please click the order on your account page to cancel the order. This cancellation does not require any responsibility, but an account can cancel orders at most three times a day. More than three times will cause the account restricted.

We do not offer a free cancellation obligation for orders older than 24 hours, When the goods arrive at the destination, please refuse the visa and go through the refund process in time, but the postage cannot be refunded.

For orders that are more than 24 hours old and have not been shipped, you can choose to cancel without taking responsibility, but again, an account can only cancel orders three times a day, more than three accounts will be limited.

HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY (RETURN,EXCHANGE AND REFUND)

If there is a problem with your item, please submit a ticket first to our support customer service (email: support@ishakomall.com) Please follow our warranty process carefully to minimize any delays:

  1. Describe your project’s problem in detail: What happened? when? how? Please also state your full order number and product name.
  2. Tell us what steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Provide the product code indicated on the outer packaging.
  4. Send clear photos or videos showing the defect; these should be taken in good light.

NOTE: Ideally, photos/videos should be sharp and focused, taken in good lighting conditions, at close to medium distances. This allows us to identify and verify issues. We will always do our best to assist you. Thank you in advance for providing all the above information.

After our customer service department reviews the information you submitted, if it meets the return/return/exchange conditions, we will provide you with the corresponding RMA number of the goods, please do not mail any items without the corresponding RMA number, otherwise it will be refused to sign for return, ishakomall will No cost.

DOES IT HAVE CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES ?

The customer is responsible for the import tax levied by the local customs. Most of the time, this rarely happens. We will declare the low value on the shipping invoice inside the package. Customs regulations vary from country to country. If your local customs requires a tax number, please send us the number when placing your order. We will declare your tax ID number in the invoice before sending the package.

Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

For customers in Europe, we recommend that you contact our customer service and provide your VAT/IOSS number after placing an order to avoid unnecessary loss of customs duties.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS MISSING A MANUAL ?

Please contact us with your order number and product number. Indicate if manuals are missing, or areas of the product that require help. We will send the file to your email. Note: Currently we only provide English manuals for all our products.
In addition, you can also log in to your ishakomall.com account and find the support center in the top menu, we will list the user manuals and detailed functions of all products on sale in the support page

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS MISSING ACCESSORIES ?

First, check the details in the product description again on Ishakomall.com to make sure it is supposed to have what you think it should. If you’re really missing something, please contact us, and here’s how we’ll handle it:

  1. Give us your order number and the product code.
  2. If the missing part is hard to describe, please provide a photo and reference a similar product photo on Ishakomall.com.
  3. If we confirm something is missing, we’ll send it out to you free of charge.

WHEN WOULD YOU SHIP THE GOODS ?

All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after the order is confirmed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ?

Ishakomall primarily uses PayPal to process secure online payments.

CAN I PAY COD(CASH ON DELIVERY) ?

Unfortunately not. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.

ABOUT WARRANTY & RETURN   WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER ?

What to do in 2 steps:

Step 1  Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package . Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly.

Step 2 Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 , you should contact us. Provide your order number and the product code and all the steps you have tried to remedy this issue. We will review your case to allow a return under warranty. So if the product doesn’t work, we’ll help you send it back to our returns address.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN ?

If any product is faulty, you are protected under the Ishakomall Warranty. Assuming the product is still in warranty and was not physically damaged, you can return it to Ishakomall and we will repair it, or give you an equivalent replacement product. All return cases are handled under our RMA policy: please consult customer support and do not send back any products without obtaining an assigned RMA case number from us. In the case of sending back repaired or replacement items, ishakomall pays the return shipping cost back to you.

When will my refund arrive?

For return refunds: 

Returns and Refunds: We will process the refund for you within three working days after receiving your returned item, and the payment arrival time should be 3-7 working days. Shipping costs for returns will be processed for you within three business days of receipt of the returned item.
