DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN CONTROLLERS?

Our controllers are produced and processed by our own factories. Our controllers are 100% genuine, ready to use out of the box, not used or refurbished.

WILL THE COLOR PEEL OFF OVER TIME?

No way!  With our printing process, the colors will stay vibrant and beautiful for a very long time. Unless your hands are made of acid, your controller will be just fine.

DO ANY OF YOUR MODIFICATIONS AFFECT GAMEPLAY?

No. All of our controllers feature only graphical enhancements. Nothing about how your controller will operate has been changed.

HOW CAN I GET SUPPORT FOR MY PRODUCT?

Shipping Related

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM SHIPPING?

We ship to countries on the list. We build and test the controller and ship it within 48 hours. Keep your reference number to track your shipment.

Our standard shipping fee can be waived after the purchase of $60 , and the delivery time is 7 – 25 business days.(Except for some isolated places)

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?

Absolutely. Just contact support@ishakomall.com with your request and order number. If the product has already be been shipped, your cancellation will be superseded by our return policy.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

The customer is responsible for the import tax levied by the local customs. Most of the time, this rarely happens. We will declare the low value on the shipping invoice inside the package. Customs regulations vary from country to country. If your local customs requires a tax number, please send us the number when placing your order. We will declare your tax ID number in the invoice before sending the package.

Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

For customers in Europe, we recommend that you contact our customer service and provide your VAT/IOSS number after placing an order to avoid unnecessary loss of customs duties.
