My controller won't connect to the device. How should I check it?
If a connection failure occurs, we recommend the following steps:
– Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the device, or a 2.4G receiver is plugged in.
– Ensure the controller is in pairing mode:
– With the controller powered off, press and hold the Home button for 5 seconds.
– Try restarting your device (PC/phone/Steam Deck).
– Delete any old pairing records on your device and reconnect.
– Wired connection test: Use a USB cable to confirm if the device recognizes the controller.
If you still cannot connect, please contact us and provide: controller model + device system + order number.
How do I know which devices the controller is compatible with?

My controller joystick is drifting/becoming inaccurate. How can I fix it?
If you notice a slight shift, we recommend:
- Restarting your gaming device
- Using the in-game “Calibrate Joystick” function
- Recalibrating on PC via Steam’s controller settings
If the shift persists, please contact us for assistance; we offer warranty support.
My order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

- Confirm with family members or roommates whether they are accepting the package on your behalf.
- Verify the delivery photos or GPS drop-off point on the logistics document.

What if the controller won't charge/the lights aren't on?
You can try:
- Use a 5V/1A or 5V/2A adapter
- Try a different USB cable
- Try charging it on a computer’s USB port
- Try resetting it by pressing and holding the Home button for 10 seconds

How do I check if my controller supports my game?
Generally, as long as the game supports:
- Xbox controller mode
- DualShock 4 controller mode
- DirectInput
- MFi (iPhone system)
- Nintendo Switch Pro mode
ISHAKO controllers should work normally.
For PC games requiring strong compatibility, it’s recommended to adjust button mappings via Steam Input.
