International Shipping and Delivery Estimates

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
  • All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.

We only offer standard shipping

  • Standard 7 – 25 business days 

Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural areas.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the address submitted by the user

Free shipping on orders over $60

Your order may be split into separate shipments as items may ship from different warehouses. Each shipment may be delivered separately and on different days.

Note: Orders on international shipment may be delayed due to customs controls.

All estimates are based on business days.

  • The ‘Delivers In’ timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships.
  • If you have ordered multiple items that are ready to ship on different dates, you may receive separate shipments.
  • Depending on shipment and delivery conditions, your order may ship when all items are ready to ship.
  • Unexpected service delays (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events) may add at least 2 to 3 business days to your estimated delivery date.

Free Shipping Eligibility

By default, free shipping will be offered on cart value above US$60 for orders fulfilled and shipped by ishakomall (excluding bulk orders and gift redemptions). Offer only applies to shipping fees and does not include customs and handling fees where applicable. Offer is subject to change without notice.

Shipping Destinations

We have independent warehouses in different regions, If your order is in stock in our overseas warehouse, we will ship from the nearest overseas warehouse.

United States warehouses can only ship to the U.S.

Shipping from United States, Lead time 5-7days.

Europe warehouses can only be shipped to European countries.

Shipping from France, Lead time 7-20 days. Different countries may take different time.

United Kingdom warehouses can only ship to the UK.

Shipping from UK, Lead time 5-7days.

ishakomall ships to the following countries. According to the principle of proximity, if the order is out of stock in the overseas warehouses in the above countries, the time in the following table shall prevail. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, VAT CPF, or Tax ID,or IOSS Number.

Countries / regions that require an identification number include:

Europe, United Kingdom, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Malta, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Germany, France, Finland, Estonia, Denmark, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic.

If you are from these places, please explain the situation to the customer service team after placing the order, and submit relevant information.

Shipping Carrier

The carrier may vary due to package weight issue, battery restriction in some countries, or other factors.

About Taxes

The customer is responsible for the import tax levied by the local customs. Most of the time, this rarely happens. We will declare the low value on the shipping invoice inside the package. Customs regulations vary from country to country. If your local customs requires a tax number, please send us the number when placing your order. We will declare your tax ID number in the invoice before sending the package.

Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

For customers in Europe, we recommend that you contact our customer service and provide your VAT/IOSS number after placing an order to avoid unnecessary loss of customs duties.

Undelivered Packages

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund inclusive of shipping charges is issued. To purchase items that were undeliverable, a new order will have to be placed. Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. If making a purchase for someone else as a gift, it is recommended to notify them about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which might lead to a refusal of the package.

Track Your Order

To make it more convenient for our customers, our automatic tracking system will send shipment information to your mailbox to ensure you can know the status of the shipment

Log in with your ishakomall account to get a summary of past orders. You’ll see your order number, the date and time your order was placed, the status of your order, and package tracking information for shipped items.

Shipping Indemnity Terms

We will resend damaged goods free of charge in the following cases:

1. The customer must file a claim for any damaged/broken package contents within 2 days (48 hours) of receipt of the package (calculated from the date the package was delivered according to tracking regulations).

2. The customer must provide ISHAKO’s customer service with conclusive evidence that the goods are damaged/broken, including the following

Information: Photos of air waybill fragments and fragments.

3. Please submit evidence to our customer service via email to make a claim.

4. ISHAKO will respond to the request within 24 hours of receipt of the claim. We will ship damaged items for free within 5 business days.


Customers must provide the correct shipping address for the safe delivery of parcels. Any  parcels lost caused by the wrong address of the receiver or the wrong phone number offered won’t be able to get any compensation.

Can I have someone else collect it if I am not at home?

In the scenario that you will not be at home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product to where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package.

Can I change my shipping address?

Before the order is dispatched, you can provide the customer service with a new delivery address and contact information. (Please provide a valid shipping address or it may be rejected)

Please note that the delivery address cannot be modified when the order has been shipped

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?

During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please ensure that you or an authorized representative are present to receive the delivery.
